 As well as teaching around the county of Dorset I run guitar lessons at home in Dorchester.  My main teaching commitments are at the Coda Music Centre and Poole Grammar School. Of course, in connection with these places I have full CRB clearance.  
 I've been teaching since 1980 and students have access to a very wide curriculum of study, tailored to their interests.    
As well as standard repertoire and technical development, many students are interested in branching out into composition, arrangements, making their own editions, and recording, all of which can happen here (recording by prior arrangement!)    
 Grade exams are often of benefit but many players prefer a more informal route.    

The lessons studio is a bright, airy space with a lively acoustic.
